The design
The 44 m² studio with a loft.
The Pod is the smallest shouse we make and the fastest way onto your own block. One generous bedroom-living zone, a full kitchen-laundry wall and a proper bathroom on a 44 m² slab, with a 15.9 m² loft above — plus a covered open bay off the bedroom for morning coffee. Perfect as a granny flat, short-stay or first step — check your council’s rules for secondary dwellings and short-stay use, which vary widely.
